1. Submit the project
Send the fabrication package, revision, quantity and delivery destination. State whether your deadline is a required ship date or arrival date.
2. Confirm engineering and quotation
Resolve questions about materials, construction, critical features and verification requirements. Review the price, schedule and accepted order conditions together.
3. Approve the manufacturing release
Confirm the released file revision and accepted requirements. Proposed changes should be approved before they become part of the manufacturing baseline.
4. Manufacture and arrange delivery
Boards are fabricated and checked against the agreed scope. Confirm identification, delivery format and any requested documentation. Transit follows the accepted shipping arrangement.
From inquiry to manufacturing release
A quote request begins the review; it is not itself an approved manufacturing instruction. Clarify requirements, review engineering questions and confirm the final package before release.
| Step | Your next action |
|---|---|
| Prepare | Collect fabrication files, drawing, quantity and target date. |
| Review | Resolve construction, material and test questions. |
| Approve | Confirm the quote and final manufacturing revision. |
| Release | Confirm that open engineering questions are closed. |
| Receive and retain | Check agreed deliverables and keep the approved build record. |
Plan delivery using an explicit date basis
State whether the requested date means shipment from the factory or receipt at your destination. Manufacturing, transport and destination processes are separate parts of the timeline. Confirm the delivery arrangement for the quoted order rather than treating an advertised fabrication time as an arrival guarantee.
