## Prepare your request
Provide the board requirements and quantity. If files are not ready, describe the project and mark any preliminary specifications. Do not submit an obsolete manufacturing revision.
## What makes a PCB quotation ready for review?
In your email or WhatsApp message, describe the construction and identify anything still undecided. The following checklist helps distinguish a fabrication inquiry from an incomplete file transfer.
| Requirement | Include in your request |

| Board specification | Technology, layers, material, thickness, copper and finish. |
| Critical features | Impedance, microvias, flex regions, slots or thermal construction. |
| Acceptance | Inspection requirements and records needed for receiving or qualification. |
| Commercial scope | Quantity, destination and required ship or arrival date. |
## If the design is still changing
Identify the current revision and explain which parts are provisional. A preliminary discussion can use the available information, while a manufacturing release needs a final approved package. Keep subsequent revisions clearly identified.

They are assembly inputs. Bare-board fabrication needs circuit artwork, drill data and the manufacturing specification.
