# Production PCB manufacturing
Prepare production and repeat PCB orders with controlled revisions, material requirements, acceptance criteria and a confirmed manufacturing scope.

## Release a defined production baseline
Production begins with aligned fabrication files, drawings and written requirements. Resolve engineering questions and identify the accepted revision before manufacturing release.
## Coordinate repeat supply
Reference the previous order and confirm quantity, delivery format and required dates. Any change to materials, copper, markings or acceptance criteria needs to be identified with the new order.
## Specify the handover
Define board identification, packaging and any requested inspection records during quotation. Special documentation is part of the agreed order scope and should not be assumed from a general quality statement.
## Production planning priorities
Repeat production depends on controlled revisions and agreed acceptance. Identify approved materials, change-control requirements and the inspection records needed for the next lot.
## Make quotations comparable
Compare quotations against the same board specification and deliverables. A lower total based on a different material, finish, copper construction or verification scope is not a like-for-like comparison.

## Changes between quotation and manufacture
Identify any revised files or requirements before the order is released. A change in material, construction, quantity or test scope may require the quotation and schedule to be reviewed. Do not combine a new artwork revision with an older drawing without explaining the differences.

Incomplete files, conflicting specifications, unresolved material choices and unapproved engineering questions can delay release. Confirm the final fabrication package and delivery basis before manufacture.
